MANAGEMENT
BSF’s management believes in being a positive influence to each other and to everyone we come in contact with. We are dedicated to working with our office and production teams, to provide our customers with the best products and service in our industry, and to exceed expectations.
Kathryn Keel
Kathy is the President and Owner of BSF. She has been with the company since 1980 and was the second employee hired. Kathy is very familiar with all departments, having worn many hats throughout the years as the company grew from 2 employees to the current 20+. Kathy spends most of her day performing quality checks on all drawings, quotes and orders before they go out to the customer or production floor. She is the company representative for the ISO registration and manages the design, quality, costing, quoting, purchasing, customer service and bookkeeping departments. Kathy lives in Tipp City, Ohio.

Tammy Landrum
Tammy has been with BSF since 2006 and is responsible for processing all incoming purchase orders from customer orders as well as preparing outgoing purchasing request to our vendors. She knows the value of giving great customer service; as her experience includes being an Insurance Agent with Nationwide, prior to being hired by BSF. Tammy is also an avid sports fan and enjoys spending her time off with her family. She is especially proud of being a grandma.
Sara Matthew
Sara joined BSF in 2012. She is responsible for marketing and sales, and has an extensive background in customer service and management. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, spending time with her family, watching sports, and reading.
Gina Hardin
Gina joined BSF in 2005. Gina handles price estimating, standard adaptor design and quoting. She and her husband of 30+ years are avid animal lovers and have cats and a dog. They are the proud Mamaw and Papaw of two wonderful grandchildren, a grandson and a granddaughter. In her spare time she enjoys shooting, rock concerts, road trips, and crocheting.

Bill Wagle
Bill has been with BSF for over 17 years. He has a degree in Computer Aided Drafting technology and 10+ years experience in 3D modeling using Solidworks. He brought BSF into the CAD world by establishing new drawings and converting old paper drawings into AutoCad. He worked with one of the company founding engineers to bring BSF into doing more special designs and assisted in developing new designs. He has played a role in converting AutoCad 2D into Solidworks 3D and creating & Improving the new online Adaptor Configurator. He has over 25 years of experience in drafting & detailing. Bill is part of the design team at BSF and is responsible for quoting standard & special designs, customer service, and technical assistance.

Ric Elliott
Ric started at BSF in Nov. 2011 as CNC lathe machinist. He came to BSF with over 35 years of experience in machining, mostly in the aerospace industry. In December of 2016, he was promoted to shop foreman. He enjoys spending his free time with his wife and kids and on nice summer days going to car shows/cruise-ins with his old Corvette.
