Goal: Connect a Parker HY09-MGG Hydraulic motor to a Winsmith – SE Encore MDSS Worm Gear Speed Reducer.

Factors: The specified Winsmith – SE Encore MDSS Worm Gear Speed Reducer comes with a mounting face to directly connect a 56C motor. Our customer needs to connect a Parker HY09-MGG Hydraulic motor to the Speed Reducer which has an SAE A-A 2-Bolt mounting face.

How we did it: We engineered and designed a BSF Adaptor along with a shaft extension to couple the two together. We used our existing design practices along with SolidWorks Premium. We also have the ability to perform a stress analysis to ensure that this design would not fail in the field.
