Goal: Design an angle wall mount assembly for a vertical application that minimizes noise and vibration from the pump and motor.

Factors: Vertically mount a motor and couple it to a pump. The angle mount must be designed to support the load of the pump/motor assembly while reducing noise.

How we did it: We utilized a Lovejoy dampening ring to isolate the Pump/motor adaptor from the angle mount. We ran a stress analysis to ensure the design of the angle mount was sufficient for the task.
