Goal: Design a solution to drive a foot mounted pump with a flange mounted hydraulic motor.

Factors: The Hydra-Cell D35 Series pump had a foot mounted plate with slots that did not allow for accurate positioning.

How we did it: We designed a base plate with stop plates to position and secure the pump in place. The front stop plate assisted in lining up the pump perpendicular to the foot mount that holds the hydraulic motor, which then allowed for easier alignment of the two shafts.
