Goal: Design a solution to drive a foot mounted gear drive with a flange mounted hydraulic motor.

Factors: The Rexnord Falk UltraMax Gear Drive is foot mounted without a mounting flange.

How we did it: We designed a foot mount for the Bosch Rexroth Hydraulic Motor to line up the shaft to the gear drive. The foot mount base had slots to allow for ½” of adjustment between the shaft ends. We included a sturdy base plate with mounting holes and cover guard around the coupling for safety.
